Arlington Park for Friday 18 June 2010

[private]

Plenty of cheap races today at Arlington Park but the fields are large and the races make some sense. Studied the track to play fair for both the turf and the main track. Let's hope it does especially considering all the heat and humidity. Good Luck!

race 1    above average clarity

1  Pretty In Mink   barn is seldom afraid to drop a horse and loose him at the claiming box....seems worth 10K running for 5K....trainer is winning at a 33 % clip for the meet

5  Lahar

3  Royal Terms

race 2    average clarity

1  Ioya Bigtime    1st class trainer really had this horse ready to roll in his MSW debut but a bad trip stopped this well bred colt from winning...solid bullet drill since....good post...should be very solid here

3  Hennepin County

10  Roi Le Roy

5  Yukan B Classy Too

race 3    slightly above average clarity

7  Quiet Revolution    tossed a clunker in latest but new trainer takes over....this gelding's races 2 and 3 back fit solidly...we might see them today

8  Ready's Clyde

5  Invisible Star

4  Irish Ruffian

race 4    slightly below average clarity

3  Thiscatcanscat  like these 5 furlong turf sprinters that cut back off of a route grass race like this gelding....Dini barn has had a nice history over the years in turf sprints

5  Storm Boot Larry

2  Officer Frank

10  Larry By The Lake

race 5    average clarity

5  Grand Row   good wake up win in last and a near bullet drill since is very reassuring that this low level claimer has held his form or is even sharper

9  Hipster Royalty

7  Coach Abs

3  Even Wilder

race 6    average clarity

9  Iron Rogue   nine year old appears to be rebounding to his 2009 form which produced 2 wins and 2 thirds from 4 starts

2  Count On It

12  Campo

11  Dontcallmeshorely

race 7    average clarity

1  Curseandblessings   one horse barn sure has handled their "one and only" successfully....been out running his odds in his last 2 races and they were at a higher level

4  Cornwhiskey

2  Helicopter

9  Giant Shift

race 8    slightly below average clarity

7  River Forest   cranked up and seemingly ready to go in her MSW debut....Proctor knows how to get it done with 1sters including those that debut facing a route of ground...also...not the most impressive looking group to debut against

1  Senorita Margarita

4  Here Oui Go Again

10  Grande Bold

race 9    average clarity

1  Metrosmile   exits 2 straight key fields with solid efforts and now gets a very positive jockey change

7  Stormin Bon

3  Eyes A Jewel

9  Campo Joti
