Maybe doing selections for the Breeders Cup for both days in the form of an audio email each day from Top Turf Today which has the ability to send audios. I will discuss each race and give info on each animal I think has a shot. It will cost about $40 for both days and will have a spot to pay the piper on this website. Please shoot me an email asap to let me know if you are interested. Obviously the number of interested folks will be the key to doing it or not. Good early response and a good long range weather forecast makes it likely I will do selections. I will decide by Friday morning at the latest.

 

Believe we can beat the 1st 2 morning line choices in the 2nd second race so that is where our recommended pick 3 part wheel starts

race 1    average clarity

2  Fiery Trippi   all 2010 races run on the AW fit solidly here.....winner of his last race Joe Carl (we had on top) stepped up to win next at 16K...on or near the lead with P Val in a race seemingly set for speed

5  Victorian Prince   declining horse really woke up in last at Fpxin a 5K claimer with a fast close at today's distance.......7 lbs off with app up....may fly late if he is on the rebound

4  Self Insured   just claimed and the blinkers are off for his new outfit....trainer has a decent history 1st time with the blinkers off....sprint figs fit....route race is the ? mark

 

race 2    slightly below average clarity

7  Phi Beta Heat   good race / dull race / good race / dull race....one dull work before last race....3 nice works before today's race....all this says good race today

3  Giveme Onereason   very unlucky horse most of career because she sure caught many tough foes in her 12 race career....drop into maiden claiming should really help

4  Image Of Super   just short of 18 to 1 in a 7 horse field strongly suggests this Gaines filly needed her maiden debut and will be much fitter and competitive today...she was after all only beaten by 5 lengths

 

race 3    average clarity

7  Marino's Promise   small outfit has been hot the last couple of months.....P Val should be on or near the lead most likely setting reasonable fractions

8  Jaws N' Paws   horse ran solidly last time was turf to dirt...today's scenario....very positive rider switch as well

4  Tuscan Chianti   good looking win in last despite a wide trip......sure trains well on the Hollywood surface.....and ran well on it in last

2  Girlwiththegoldhoof   exits a very fast heat at Fpx in last supported by significant gaps to 2nd and 3rd.....seems to be on the improve

 

race 4    average clarity

3  Salty Sarah   rare Baffert claim....may have the trump card for this filly because she sure worked an impressive 6 furlongs after a nice 5 month layoff effort

4  Angel Before Us   exits a very fast heat at Fpx....can take this if she can duplicate the effort on the AW

8  Hot Little Bug   ridiculous 1 to 1 in last considering her long layoff....but was blocked about 5 lengths on the turn and stretch and still finished full of run when free

7  Lost Prophet   seems to be a "lead type only" and she may be fast enough to get it here....has run some solid figs when she gets loose

 

race 5    average clarity

7  Lunch Time Diva   not much more to say than drilled 27 furlongs over a 5 week period...yikes....fit and ready and feeling good

5  River's Mambo   flashed decent pace in both lifetime races.....cut back of 1/2 furlong should help sustain her stretch drive

2  R Clever Cat   works suggest Shireffs may be ready with this 1ster......works aren't bad for him as he seldom pushes the drills very hard with a developing youngster

 

race 6    average clarity

7  Otto Von Voom   more turf wins than the rest of the field combined...more importantly the race seemingly sets for his closing style

4  Format V   pure closer gets what she wants......back to Bejarano who has gotten the most out of this gelding in the past

2  Danzip   lead type only might be the speed of the speed in here and gets a rider upgrade to get the task at hand accomplished

3  Mr Tokyo   2 straight sharp races in a row on the AW.....big threat if he can do the same on the grass

 

race 7    average clarity

2  Dani Reese   Henricks is as hot as he has been in some time....sure is nice to see...and this filly is training like the trend is going to continue...2 for 2 at Hollywood

3  Onenightin Beijing   all 3 lifetime races are better then they appear on paper....decent shot to get loose and stick around

1  Vision Of Gold   deep closer is training as if this is not a prep but a late running attempt to score the top prize....entry mate 1a isn't impossible either

 

race 8    average clarity

6  Banana Cream Pie   both lifetime races are better then par and there isn't to beat in this race

9  Freewayracer   ran a very big effort in debut run 3 back with a horrendous trip......freshened up after 2 somewhat dull efforts....can rebound today

7  Portland   showed some life at Fpx...barn is very good with 2nd time starters

4  Hey Sugar Sugar   2 so so efforts on the dirt at Fpx......might wake up on 1st AW run especially with Bejarano up

11  Personal Joke   flashed some good early speed in lone race at Fpx.....andthe trainer is not a 'send em ready" 1st out guy
