Good card today. I love the fact 1/2 of the races are carded for the turf.

race 1Â Â Â average clarity
2 Talktoomuch looks awfully tough in this 1 notch lower spot.....should win if he brings his A game and gets a reasonable trip
6 Missdealornodeal   consistent sort put in a decent effort in his latest which was his 1st ever down the SA hill....should be prominent from the get go with a decent shot to get loose
4 Linda Lou  recent bullet drill and less time off then she has been getting of late and she might be poised for a rebound which she needs to compete for the win here
race 2Â Â Â average clarity
2 Really Elegant  good work series coming off of the layoff....last 3 wins came loose on the lead and it looks like she can get loose in this spot
3 Magical Eclipse  on the improve with every start......decent chance to get a nice chase position here
1 Living Our Dream  training up to snuff and this laid up mare ran well the last time she ran off of an extended layoff....fits if she is fully ready
race 3Â Â Â average clarity
7 Deity  very impressive 1st ever run in the good old U S of A and she popped a bullet 4F drill on the sod since....seemingly sitting a a strong race
4 Romantic Wish   very consistent GB turf runner ran well in her USA debut in early March......two useful works since......looks like this filly is poised for another solid run and maybe even more
6 Bench Glory  significant vault forward in latest.....might fall off some if the strong effort knocked her out some but lookout if it didn't
8 Mrs. Rosa  solid ability on the lawn at 2 and 3.........works before her run last Jan weren't very strong.......works since that race are impressive.....rebound city today.....Gomez sticking with the horse also seems like a very positive sign

3 Flashy Traveler   laid up runner sure is training as if all systems are go to fire fresh off of the bench and she catches a very soft looking bunch of bottom level F&M 8K runners
5 Folk Dancer  3 for 7 at today's distance on the main track.......2 for 16 at other distances....5F today...... should be in the hunt from the get go with some speed foes who have been cashing it in early
2 Moon Stone Madness  improved work just one week ago and a jock upgrade and weight a 5 lb weight break.....poised to fire better 3rd out after the layoff
race 5Â Â Â average clarity
4 Back At You  one of Truman's better stats is 3rd out after the layoff.........most of this horse's career on the sod is formidable here......in for 2.5K less and using the apprentice so gets 7 big lbs off....barn means business
7 Warren's Kong  horse fits especially when he runs with shorter rest like today.....but.....he sure likes to hang in the stretch
1 Clearance Clarence  up the track in last couple of races....but....switch in trainers to Mullins who is red hot especially on the sod....dangerous sort
3 Warrens Wild Thing  deep closer is rather consistent for a Van Berg runner.......will need the pace scenario to fall into place in his favor to win

8 Kumite  very wide trip in maiden debut and still almost won a 5F affair.....very solid drills since.....bred just fine to get the 7F.....trainer has a decent history with 2nd time starters
3 Smart Hombre  sure became a race horse when Jones switched this horse to the main track.....another who lost his last because off a wide trip
1 Creative Writer  started very poorly and then had trouble getting a hold of the track in the early stages......showed life once he got into stride....sharp conditioner can get more out of him today
5 Gifted Crusader  vanned off in lone start almost 2 years ago.......training like he is healthy and maybe a runner.....dangerous
race 7Â Â Â above average clarity
8 Red Defense  fun animal to own....he fires every time out including 3 efforts on the majestic SA hill turf course......eye popping drill one week ago.......seems to be sitting on a very good effort
7 Supreme Summit  both lifetime grass races fit fairly well at this nw3 alw level....and one of them was on the hill
6 Mobilized  last was the obvious gimme using a low % jock.......go go go with go go Gomez today 2nd out after the extended layoff
4 Victory Pete  up the track in last two versus quite a bit better.....drops back in class to help his chances at waking up....fits fine if he does rebound
race 8Â Â Â slightly below average clarity
7 Mary Contrary  solid MSW debut back in Oct.....then dueled on a dull inside and rightfully tired in a race run in Nov....off since but training as if she is meant and ready for her return to the race wars
3 Royal Weekend  decent debut 26 days ago and a brilliant 4F bullet drill since....can show even more this afternoon
4 Excessively Tricky  very impressive work regiment for this filly especially her last 3 drills....sure appears sharp and ready to for fresh.....owns good early speed which is often a good this in MSW affairs
5 Sea John's Spirit  sharp works before MSW turf debut and didn't seem to like the grass much.......sharp works since her debut.......Hardy is better with 2nd time starters........can show her merit today with a switch to the main track
9 Luckyvic  good forward move in last somewhat hidden by a somewhat wide trip.....can be in the hunt here with a small forward move and of course a good trip-a-roo
2 Mel's Rules  1st time is sure working impressively out of town at Tup......danger city here
