Â
Race 1 above average visibilty
2Â Southern Defender both lifetime races fit fine solidly at today's level both fig and pace wise
1 Mikeymike showed very fast pace in debut in and righfully tired......decent chance to clear and speed and the inside were good yesterday
Â
Race 2 average visibility
7Â Squeeze Me Tight excellent history when fresh off of the bench like today....Ellis barn appears to be waking up
2Â Ashton Girl believe this mare needed her last and wasn't too crazy about being sent early and dueling in solid pace...good shot to see more today...does tend to hang some
8Â Shantika's Dream new trainer has really been getting it done so if he's making an equipment change (blinkers off) I believe it will improve this filly....needed last and should move forward if she handles her 1st endeavor on the lawn
3Â Warren's R Ready seems to run best on the hill....Valdez loves and does well on the front end and I believe that's where she will be
Race 3 above average visibility
2Â Ur Turn Dubai earned a nice fig in last with about 6 lengths of trouble adjustment...easily the best closer here...she fly late
3Â Really Uptown good shot to sit in a good chase position behind a suspect leader
6Â Swiss Arrogant drops to the level where his last win occurred....needs to avoid flattening out late,,,,has so far in his races past 6 furlongs
Race 4 average visibility
4Â Saltendipity chased 3 wide in a decent debut...shows as much early speed as anyone in here...barn a good with 2nd time starters
7 She's Not Lion good MSW debut especially considering the 13 outer most post start...most likely moves forward today
6 Â ZÂ And I trip from you know where in debut checking early and getting pushed out wide...breeding says extra 1/2 F a plus
5Â Tribalicious showed some life in debut and decent shot to move forward...small barn is struggling a bit lately
Race 5 average visibility
5 Hyades beat 24 of 30 horses in a tougher affair at Ascot (GB) last Summer...training as if hot trainer Cecil has him ready to roll
8Â Bring It Home laid up over 2 months but is showing a solid work series.....should be able to sit around 3rd or 4th which is something he seems to respond to
7Â Uffizi I have to admit this gelding baffles me as to when he is going to fire....why on earth was he so far back in his last...all I know is he is very dangerous if he brings his "A" game here
11Â Universal Peace appears to run all day so he should appreciate the extra 1/16th furlong
Race 6 average visibility
5Â Winter Camp tremendous early speed that probably would have taken him gate to wire yesterday....good shot if we get close to yesterday's surface
2Â Concord Point chase big pace in winning his MSW debut in a fast heat....looks like the same scenario today
4Â Bulldogger was bet hard and won his 1st start in the slop at the tough Saratoga meet last Summer...training as if ready fresh once again
8Â High Success only true closer in a race loaded with speed should enhance his chances especially if the rail gets dull again
Race 7 below average visibility
1Â Dance To My Tune hot trainer/rider combo...1st on the hill corse but has handled one turn turf races at Hol & Wo....needed last and should move forward
4Â She's Cheeky scratched yesterday in a great spot (as my top pick )so it sure seems to me as if the barn feels this highly consistent mare will take to the turf
10Â Dreamt another consistent animal and top connections (Mott/Gomez)....but....this is her 1st race in a sprint and a hill sprint at that
6Â Royal Taat also consistent but a couple lengths short of what it usually takes according to Top Turf Today...but...a perfect trip on the SA hill course can easily overcome being a little short fig wise
Race 8 above average visibility
8 Infinity 'N' Beyond big wake up in 2nd lifetime start and blinkers on with stellar works for today...expecting even more today
3Â Miss Wind Up just claimed and that the new trainer wisely take the blinkers off...last race 2 back with the blinks off fits solidly here
1Â Musical Grace seems to greatly prefer the shorter 5 1/2 furlong sprint distance
2Â Tonka T. only 2 lifetime races that fit are at today's distance with today's low % rider up
6Â Elegant Choice last looks last the tune-up to be full throttle in today's 2nd lifetime run
