Handicappers Corner

Recommend the 5th race pick 4 (or cut it to a pick 3 for those of you who want a little less risk)

5th race pick 4 part wheel   2,6,7 / 1,2,11,12 / 1,2,4 / 2      36 bets

race 1    slightly below average clarity

2  The Legal Blonde   won easily on the AW 1st time blinkers two back and then ran her best fig ever on the grass according to Top Turf Today...sharp with the equipment change

3  Joint Agreement   last time this mare ran big she trained sharply just as she is now....horse does tend to hang but Smith knows this mare well

7  Lacey Leilah   somewhat subtle poor trip in last hides her effort some.....1 for 1 at the distance

race 2    slightly below average clarity

2  Hard Eight    T C Baze on seemingly the best speed in a 5 1/2 furlong affair is a dangerous thing

6  Kahlua Mist   all 3 lifetime runs fit fine for this bottom mdn claiming level

7  Chobe Chika   long hiatus from the racetrack but takes the plunge out of MSW to the bottom mdn claiming level......works suggest she's feeling pretty good

race 3    slightly below average clarity

5  Wynning Ride    Baff trainee is working as if she is very fit and if this isn't a sprint prep for bigger and better things later she will be tough to beat

4  Madel   good chance to sit close to what should be a lackluster early pace

1  Music Magic   consistent sort gets 1st time Bejarano which is usually a very good thing

race 4    slightly above average clarity

2  Warren's Appeal   been facing some very stout fields.....this group in quite a bit easier

5  Living Our Dream   last was the gimme for today's full throttle go....barn is much tougher 2nd out after a layoff

6  Dash Dot Dash   Cerin barn just keeps racking up the wins and lately it has been on drop downs like this filly

7  Operetta Italiano   good return to the races in last and good chance to move forward....sure has bounced around the Country and different trainers in her 9 race career

race 5    slightly below average clarity

6  Arkhan Asylum   plenty of speed can soften things up for this consistent closer...switch to Bejarano a plus especially on a closer

2  Driveliketiger   fresh speed off of the bench is usually a good thing from the Miller barn....Baze up and he owns this horse's lone win

7  Toro Trippi   owns good speed....will need to avoid a speed duel in this spot full of speed

3  Running Bear   1st time in the Inda barn with a good work series...Inda often fires his best 1st time under his tutelage...closer should get ample pace to close into

race 6    average clarity

1  Sindyfromsantacruz   very consistent route endeavors on the AW and the grass....should get a nice mid pace position to make her move in the stretch

12  Lilly Fa Pootz   tough post but enough tactical speed to get on over and hopefully avoid going 3 wide or wider on turn 1

2  Sunny Peace   should be on or near the lead in what looks like a reasonable pace.....horse appreciates today's 1 mile distance...only missed the board once in 6 runs at 1 mile on the grass

11  Pivotal Queen   major jock change for the better....training sharply...needs a clever ride because of the  the outside draw from M Garcia

race 7    average clarity

4  Dance To My Tune   barn seems to realize this is a very nice horse on the main track not the turf....shocking 2nd to Zenyatta at 51 to 1 in last

1  Made For Magic   crushed foes in last in what works out to be a par like effort for today's level...solid history at today's distance of 1 1/16 miles

2  Third Dawn   consistent sort in route AW races in S Cal......just worked in 1:10:3 at SA......sure seems meant, fit and ready off of the layoff

race 8    average clarity

2  Movie Duty   very fast since the blinkers were added + 5F race + Bejarano = one tough maiden claimer

8  Misty Miss Joanna   good chance to get the chase position in an abbreviated 5F sprint

11  Ghost Shadow   all three lifetime races fit at today's lower level....needs a clever trip from this difficult post at 5F

12  Dos Veinte   barns been hot....good speed....will need to avoid getting caught too wide from the outside draw

7  Stormy Linda   1ster is training well enough to be competitive in his lifetime debut into the racing world
