race 1Â Â Â slightly above average clarity
4 Cactus Flyer  consistent sprinter on the sod has a good post like last time......seemingly needs to sit back just off it and ponce in the stretch.....jock and trainer shooting for meet titles
5 Magic School  very solid in all 3 lifetime sprints on the turf.....closer gets ample pace up front to come roaring late with a strong sprint jock aboard
2 Sugar Spike  don't underestimate the switch to the 2 hole after 2 hard trying runs from the 7 hole....has fired in all 4 lifetime 5F turf races
8 Thisoneforyou  tough post usually but this one is slow so she will most likely get over and have the chance at saving some ground.....long hiatus from the track but is proven fresh

6 Great Hot  a pair of OK efforts on the turf and now makes the switch to the AW......2 for 2 on conventional dirt winning going away at the wire by daylight......trains like she will handle the AW
4 Long Lake Krista   trainer Reid is solid when he ships and this filly who has done little wrong in 3 lifetime starts ships x-country for this 100K Stakes
3 Love Theway Youare  not sure how up to the task this filly is but if she reverts back to her April form lookout

8 Poponip  major move forward in last.....owns enough speed in this spot to get some decent position despite her outside post....bred fine to get the mile as a 2 year old
9 Regal Betty  bet hard in debut last and ran so so......but what an impressive drill for a 2 year old filly since.....123 flat......faster then they would run in a 2 year old filly MSW race most of the time....needs an intelligent ride from a difficult post
2 Natalie's Academy  progressed nicely in 2nd lifetime run.......trainer is good 1st time at a route and top jock has a good post to work with
1 Tap It Twice  all three career races are decent........good post and good pedigree to handle a route of ground at such an early stage of her life

4 Downhill Diva  very good history route/synthetic......solid recent drill and comes off a strong effort......decent shot to see best ever today
8 St Trinians  Rosario is back aboard and he has a solid history riding this mare....will win if she brings her "A game" but she shows few hints that she can...still her "B game" can still win a non Graded Stakes
5 Jet Blue Girl   horse has probably never been any sharper and that goes for her trainer as well
3 Washington Bridge  is hoping for a major rebound in form and a good series of works hints that it might occur today
race 5Â Â Â average clarity
3 Anakin  exits a fast heat versus better and sat way too far back in the early stages.....this race should provide ample pace for this colt to fly late
4 Memen  Mitchell takes over the training duties and drops.....enough said
6 Welcome Home Ryan  re-claims by Carava are dangerous especially when they are out of jail and still move up in price
7 Cat In The Forrest  believe Miller is taking the blinkers off because he likes what he saw in last....that being a total and successful reversal from speed to off pace for this gelding.....might fire big back on the grass relaxing in the early stages

7 Sky Kingdom  brutal trip in MSW....powerful 6F drill since......Bejarano best make amends if he wants to keep riding for (all-world trainer) Bob Baffert
8 Norm's Praise  solid MSW debut and the drills since strongly suggest he will move forward in his 2nd lifetime start
4 Clearly A Cowboy  wound up like a top and seemingly ready to roll in his MSW debut....has hit the track every 5 or 6 days since early July
5 Castaway  expansive baby had a good MSW debut and continues to train like a good 2 year old....one of many in the Baffert barn

8 Thinking Of Girls  not the luckiest of horse's once the gate opens....diplays plenty of energy/effort.......just has been unlucky trip wise.........same horse with a good trip and should be tough to beat
6 Gregor  also has been void of good trips lately....Lloyd horses are running better lately
4 Mandated Bliss  yet another who could use a cleaner trip then he got in his last race.......has shown good effort in all 5 lifetime races
2 Frenzo  impressiv win in last getting caught 3 wide pressing a decent pace....might get loose in this spot

7 Banned  good runner on yl and gd turf but a great runner on fm turf.....welcome to sunny California home of good wine, beach bunnies, and very firm turf
1 Midnight Interlude  only had 3 works in 2 months between starts before his last which tells me Baffert didn't have his 3 year all that wound up for his last.....that race and a strong 7F drill should have him all set for an improved effort today
5 Cloud Man  improving with each and every start.....2 straight bullet 6 furlongs works is rare but significant for Sherriffs who doesn't push them hard in the a.m.Â
4 Extensive  very high priced claim for a trainer like Cerin.....so I don't take it lightly.....Cerin has won 1st out with 1/3 of his last 1 1/2 dozen claims....very consistent animal

5 Sweet Pleasure  tossed a clunker in last but his mc debut 2 back is a hidden strong run....love the fact Rosario sticks around for a 3rd straight time....rebound city
4 Jade And Diamonds  broke poorly and rushed and checked and ran a little wide....not what you want in your debut into the racing world......hot riding Talamo takes over....likely to show big early speed if she breaks cleanly this time
6 Babessa  1st timer is training as if she is ready for her mc debut....trainer/rider have been a great combo this summer
7 Nana Beach  improving with every start this summer....fits well but does display a tendency to hang in late stretch when the real running begins
race 10Â Â Â slightly below average clarity
12 Dance Little Angel  displayed much more energy without the blinkers in 1st 3 career races 2 of which were horrid trips.....the other was a 4 length win.....blinkers off today
9 Mavisca  just claimed by Bonde from a low % trainer.....race 2 back the one that most likely got Bonde's eye fits well here
1 Birthday Time  clunker in last.....race 2 back fits.......trainer gave him 5 weeks off and put 3 works into him....might rebound
11 The Great Atlantic  trainer could use a win and this filly takes a logical drop....retains Rosario
2 Cactus House  O'Neill also could use a win....bad meet at Dmr.....drops to get one
4 Gotham Spirit  consistently fires but tends to hang and especially at 6 1/2 furlongs
