3  Hadfunlastnight  nice move forward 1st following the Papaprodrmou claim and I like the step up for today......just worked a useful decent 5F 4 days ago.......likely feeling good......good rider/trainer combo of late
5  Tiz Julie  placed well to win and that has been the case for many a Spawr runner the last few months.....thus......his stout win % for the meeting of 29%.........last is better than par for today's level and his race 3 back at today's 7 panels is even better
2  Ice Cream Truck  needs a rebound to either of his efforts 2 or 3 races back.......has run well a couple of times in his past at 7F
race 2 Â Â below average clarity
2  Sharpener  good conditioner of laid up runners in Glatt who often gets his stock to fire their his best (when placed in sprints) fresh off of the bench......race two back albeit on the turf down the SA hill fits.......works support the notion this gelding is returning ready to compete at his highest level
6  Bistro Lights  fired a so so effort in his latest ironically for Glatt which contradicts what I just wrote about him in the comment for our top pick......but he was claimed by Pederson who got him to work a strong 6F only 6 days ago........deserves another chance with some endurance put into him
1  Blue Law  has run on conventional dirt only twice and both efforts were sprints that fit very well here......in fact if an average journeyman jock was up he would but top pick......but instead a 0 for 3 lifetime bug is up and starting from the 1 hole

Long-shot consideration:  4  Gavination   nowheresville in 3 lifetime races.....but apeears to own the most early gas in the group and worked solidly just 6 days ago.......loose on the lead might awaken him significantly

2  Cool Green  owns a nice grass pedigree and it showed in his latest his 1st ever on the sod......and.....his stout  a.m. work since hints the grass muscled him up quite a bit and that more can be expected today......back to the dirt today which he can also handle.......same distance and same jock.....should be tough
6  The Bench Rules   vastly improved since switching to dirt routes........sharp work series since his latest........cut back of 1/16th seems like a plus........sure appears to be a major playerÂ
3  My Italian Babbo  1st timer is training as if he can run some and has had copious furlongs of work put in to get him ready for the always difficult task of conquering a route in your MSW debut......not impossible but easy to put as 3rd selection

7  Audra  nicely improvement since the blinkers were taken off two races back.......powerful 3rd at today's same level in latest running 4 wide on a solid rail speed bias and still managed to close fast........Bejarano will be out to make amends to O'Neill and company
5  Revenue Virginius  good claim by O'Neill as this filly really woke up in a big way in her last.......rider upgrade and 4 preparatory works.......O'Neill appears to have some double barrel action going in this affair
4  Conquest So True  gimme in last with the blinkers taken off for this girl's layoff run.....back on today for a full throttle go in a protected race which she got eligible for in her latest up for the 40K in an optional 40K alw race

3  Entrechat  won down the SA hill in 2nd lifetime start back in winter of 2015 by 4 1/2L......so.......2nd out following her extending hiatus from racing sure seems like a dangerous proposition......and back to Prat who was up for that wide margin win
1  Hundi  good history in turf sprints overseas.....and a solid race down the hill off of a 3 month layoff in last.......good history running off of short rest in GB......short rest run today
6  Tale of Papa Nick  a perfect 2 for 2 competing on the SA hill......seemingly must have the lead to win.......and she has a shot of getting it here.......away since August but works like she is ready.....and as the saying so rightfully goes .......fresh speed in dangerous speed

4  Enchanting Lady  away since the 4th of July but she sure is out-working anyone in this field and is at her best racing at SA.......and Baffert after a slow start is on fire now at the SA meeting
2  Finest City  last is awfully good if she can repeat it.......but........she is back quick and with a dull work showing.....think it is about 50/50 that she will repeat her strong Grade 2 effort.....but lookout if she does
3  Codscious  strong race (and somewhat hidden by a bad trip) turf to dirt two back.......turf to dirt once again today............hmmmm

6  Perdona   race scenario:  the 2 - 4 - 7 all go after the front end leaving this filly in the driver's seat right behind them.......if that plays out she can take down this alw race down the majestic SA hill grass course
7  So Sweetitiz  ignore last.....no shot whatsoever dueling in nasty pace on a dull rail......predictably fell apart......race 2 back fits if of course she can duplicate it on the SA hill.....1st on the turf but she owns an adequate pedigree for itÂ
2  Bert's Melody  rather sure this laid up Sean McCarthy runner is ready off of an impressive work tab.......she should be able to save ground and be close or on the lead if she is.....dangerous turf speed type

2  Luckbox Sam  so far the Jacobson way is to claim and drop precipitously soon after......that is the case once again today.......1st time Bejarano to boot
7  Formally Wild  speed of the speed should appreciate the cut back in distance.....has preformed well in the past a few times off of 2 weeks rest......tries to handle 6 days rest today
8  Saint Dermot  careful here as this gelding might not care for the GG AW and he does handle conventional dirt....if that is so he has a shot to fly late and maybe past them all.....should be a handsome price
