race 1  average clarity

1  Kristenbosch   believe this Sadler 2nd time starter surprised the heck out of the barn with a very strong way better than par MSW debut as she had no play on the board hinting she wasn't all that cranked up......works since the race are improved......1st on the turf and at a route but her pedigree to handle both is good

5  Rhea Moon   Irish invader ran better than par in her U S of A debut by 4 lengths where she broke poorly and checked and also was wide.....3 reassuring works since for her 1st nine furlong race........pedigree to get another 1/8 is solid

7  Sweet Talked

2  Isola Mia

race 2  average clarity

2  Dream Princess   seems to need ample time between starts and John Sadler wisely shows patience and gives it to his filly.....that and she is (3 2 0 1) lifetime on fast rated dirt and the two wins were by 8 and 9 1/2L

5  Midnight Jamboree   Bill Spwar has had a terrific SA meeting albeit with limited starters.......and a good portion of that success is with today's rider Mike Smith in the saddle.......as in 3 for 5 win over the last two months.....not too shabby

4  Fi Fi Pharoah

race 3  below average clarity

7  Stanford Bay   bug boy Herrera is coming off of a dismal week but he has a shot at getting his 1st win in quite some time on this colt who appears to have a big chance to get what he needs as in a loose lead......three year old is (5 2 3 0) when he gets a clear lead......and he gets to carried only 113 lbs.......come on Diego

1  Smiling Goodbye   nice forward move in his 2nd lifetime endeavor........Cedillo can get a nice stalk position likely behind our top pick giving him a solid chance to win this race.......placed as 2nd choice as I am a bit surprised the barn did not race in a Alw50000s protected from being claimed race

4  Texas Limbo

6  Swiss Swoo

2  Thirsty Always

race 4  below average clarity

6  Queen Ofthe Temple   on the improve with each and every race and in her latest she earned a Santucci fig that is 4L (wide trip) better than par.......1st racing as far as 9 furlongs but her running lines hint she will handle the added one furlong of sod......one concern is this her 1st ever racing without plenty of time off or this race would have had a better "clarity" rating

2  Sunny Morning  similar to our top pick this filly since arriving from Ireland has been on the improve with each and every race.......that and she just popped an impressive 4F work for a trainer in Gallagher who doesn't push them too hard in the morning......very dangerous sort

5  Carroll Girl

4  Khlass

race 5  average clarity

3  Torrid Tommy   lone race to date was his MSW debut run last August as a two year old where he was bet hard.......he had a bad trip and earned a fig that is decent......works hint like his debut he is meant and ready "fresh" once again.......trainer is looking for his 1st win of the meeting and might get off the snide here

2  Big Hand   dangerous looking work tab for this Cal-bred MSW debut runner and the colt catches a soft group for his 1st lifetime start.......such a deal

5  Heaven's Music

race 6  average clarity

3  Founder's Day   filly was fractious prior to her latest race which was a par like effort in the dirt version of this race run on 27 February.......filly has run similar numbers in her two turf races and both are disguised in their strength........Mike Smith sticks around and the Hall of Fame jock has gotten his act together in a big way the last 3 weeks or so

5  Dancing Diva   filly is usually a little short number wise in what it takes to conquer the FA50000s level but she makes up for it with many smooth trips.....and her lifetime best and par effort for today's given level was the only time she ran 6 1/2 on the grass.....and the race was a key race to boot

1  Roses and Candy

race 7  average clarity

1  Papale   on the improve with each and every race and vastly better in his last race to graduate and run his lifetime best........away since the 30 April 2021 race but he is training as though he can fire another strong effort......13% rider in Van Dyke in 2021/22 but twice that in route races

4  Bright Leaf   turf to dirt for this three year old today which is one of John Sadler's better stats (30% win with his last 102).....and.......this Sadler colt would have won the one mile version of this race on 31 December if the rider didn't fall off......much more accomplished jock is up this time around.......dangerous sort

7  Mongolian Ford

3  Salto de Tigre

race 8  average clarity

5  Funkenstein   gelding has run only 6 1/2 furlongs on the dirt twice and both races are better than par for today's given level and that is somewhat hidden......latest race on 13 March which was race at SA at 6F fits fine and today we get a significant rider upgrade.....and trainer Mike Puype has been heating things up of late

1  The Boss Harty   gelding can finish up fast if the jock takes back early and few will in this 6 1/2 furlong dirt affair

6  Conundrum

4  K P Kwest

9  Come On Come On
